3d's nationwide network of employed nurses can visit claimants in their own homes, gaining trust and a better understanding of a claimant's circumstances.

All nurses have been trained in home visiting skills and Conversation Management techniques, as well as the claims process and policy conditions. The nurse is able to provide a holistic view of the individual's circumstances, which supports both the insurer and claimant during their recovery. The final report is audited by a claims assessor and provides the insurer with a wealth of information on the claimant's absence.
