Conversation Management is an interviewing technique designed specifically to facilitate the creation of a working relationship between the interviewer and interviewee. It encourages maximum spontaneous disclosure, with the emphasis on the applicant to provide as much information as possible, whilst enabling the controlled capture of sufficient information to ensure an accurate understanding of the risk.
