3d has launched a claim form completion and tele-interviewing service. Calls are made to the claimant's at the claim outset and the forms are completed over the phone utilising experienced claims nurses.

In addition, information about the individual including questions relating to illness, financial, employment and return to work time-scales are fed into a comprehensive report and sent back to the insurer electronically. All calls are recorded and call downloads provided to clients in a variety of formats.
