The Digital Pen

Our UK network of nurses is equipped with "Digipen" technology that allows them to conduct screenings and transmit the results electronically and securely via the mobile phone network. Data is received by us within minutes of the completed screening.  

Customised Customer Solutions

We utilise the latest tools and database platforms as the basis for all of our technological developments. Combining in-house expertise and the latest software, we ensure that programs and coding are designed specifically for the purposes to which they relate. We take protection very seriously too, with all records stored in a secure environment at a specialist data centre

Call Recording

We record all telephone calls to and from our offices, onto a dedicated call recording system, to ensure we maintain and improve quality. The same system is used for recording tele-interviews which are subsequently extracted and made available to clients on a quarterly basis, via an encrypted DVD or any other medium that the client prefers.
